The A939 between Cock Bridge and Tomintoul was shut just after midnight following blizzard conditions in the area. In Aberdeenshire, the B974 Banchory to Fettercairn at Cairnomount also remains closed after officers blocked it yesterday afternoon. The A93 Braemar to Spittal of Glenshee is also shut. Police will re-asses the road tomorrow morning to decide if it will re-open.
