A 37-year-old has been charged following a crash involving a school bus carrying more than 60 pupils near Kemnay.
The incident happened on the B994 Kintore to Kemnay road at around 8.15am on Friday.
It is believed a van was driving in the opposite direction of the Premier Coaches vehicle at the time of the crash.

The driver of the Kemnay Academy school bus suffered injuries to his face from the shattered glass and around 30 pupils on board were reportedly covered in pieces of the smashed side windows.
A 37-year-old has now been charged in connection with road traffic offences.
