A silver Volkswagen Golf was attended to in a bus stop between Thainstone and Kintore on the southbound carriageway. Scottish Fire and Rescue Service sent three units to the scene, two from Inverurie and one from North Anderson Drive. Police were also called but there were no road closures. There were no injuries. The last fire unit left the scene at 12:55pm.
