It’s Monday again folks, but the good news is that traffic is moving pretty smoothly through Aberdeen city centre this morning.
Minor congestion is building up in the usual spots of the Beach Boulevard and Union Street in the city centre, and on the A96 going through Kittybrewster at the Bedford Road junction
Elsewhere across the city roadworks are causing small delays to commuters this morning.
Roadworks are causing queues just south of Aberdeen on the A90 between Torry and Charlestown, and closer to the city centre between Gray Street and Broomhill Place.
And traffic is also building up due to the roadworks in place outside the Aberdeen University Zoology Institute near St Machar Park.
And outside of the city temporary traffic lights on the A96 Moss STreet in Keith are causing delays, as well as lights in place on the B9025 in Turriff on the Deveron Bridge junction.
Resurfacing work on the A95 north of Aberlour on the Maggieknockater junction are also causing delays, and more resurfacing work, a convoy system and temporary traffic lights are causing queues on the A90 north of Peterhead at the Lunderton junction.
UPDATE: Traffic has been reported to be building up on Anderson Drive at the Great Western Road junction, and roadworks are causing minor tailbacks between Church Street and Wellington Street in the city due to Clarence Street being closed in both directions at the harbour.
And queues are forming at the Toll of Birness on the A90 north of Ellon due to temporary traffic lights in both directions in place as road crews carry out resurfacing works.
Market Street in Aberdeen is also congested this morning, although traffic is at least moving on the city centre road.
