Thousands of people raised cash for charity this weekend by taking part in the tenth anniversary of one of the north-east’s most popular runs.
The tenth anniversary of Run Garioch in Inverurie was host to a number of record-breaking runs, including a photo finish of the Accord Energy half mile which was won by Marie Baxter and Kyle Greig.
More than 3,000 runners took part in the run, all fundraising for their own charities and causes.
And the very first winner of the 10K race, John Lenehan, travelled all the way back from London to win it all over again ten years later.
