The theft at Pitcaple quarry, near Inverurie happened between over the weekend, between noon on Saturday and 2am the next day. Police also estimate the cost of the damage to be more than £1,000, on top of the items stolen. Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area at the time should call 101.
