An appeal has been launched as police try to find a man missing from Aberdeen.
George Monteith was last seen at his home in the Woodside area of Tillydrone, Aberdeen on Thursday.
Police say they are anxious to trace the 59-year-old “due to health reasons”.
George is described as being 5ft 8 in height and slim build. He has grey/light brown receding hair and stubble on his face. He has tattoos on his forearms and is thought to be wearing a green leather jacket, black combat trousers, black boots, a black hat with badges on it, multiple necklaces and rings.
A police spokesman said: “We are appealing for George to contact us, or alternatively a family member, to confirm that he is safe and well.”
Any person who believes they may know the whereabouts of George Monteith is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101.
