Offices searching for the 59-year-old discovered a body on Saturday afternoon. Mr Monteith was last seen on Thursday evening in the Tillydrone area of the city and was subsequently reported missing. Police have confirmed there are no suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
