Binnie and Magee were also charged with two counts of being in possession of the illicit substances. Stewart faced one charge of possession and one charge of obstructing or hindering a police drugs search.
All three, whose addresses were given as Aberdeen, made no plea when they appeared in front of Sheriff Alison Stirling.
They were remanded in custody while the case is continued for further examination and are expected to appear in court again within the next eight days
Drugs, including cocaine and amphetamine, were seized from a property in Rosehill Drive, Aberdeen, on Thursday.
At the time of the raid divisional commander for Aberdeen City, chief superintendent Adrian Watson said: “I am only too aware that our communities across the city have again asked for tackling drugs to be a local priority and the action taken today demonstrates our commitment to dealing with this issue.
“There will be no let up and we will continue to work with partners, elected members and of course the communities themselves in that regard.
“I would continue to urge the public to contact us with any information or concerns they may have on 101, or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
