Officers have appealed for witnesses after an unattended Royal Mail trolley was broken into around 1.10 pm on Wednesday, April 15. The theft happened on Fraser Road at the junction of Fraser Street. A police spokesman said: “Anyone with any information is asked to contact Police Scotland on the non-emergency number 101.”
