Vandals caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage to an Aberdeenshire school during the Easter holidays.
Kinellar Primary was targeted on two separate occasions.
Police said the cost of repairs was likely to be between £100 and £500.
A small fire was set in the school site between 12.30pm on Friday, April 3, and 8am on Tuesday, April 7.
Layer, between 2pm on Thursday, April 9, and 8am on Monday, April 20, vandals broke slates and littered part of the property with broken glass.
Constable Gary Christie, said: “While some may view vandalism as low-level crime, the impact on the community can be quite significant especially when it is community hubs such as primary schools being targeted.”
