Diana Andersone was due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday for a preliminary hearing. The 46-year-old had previously denied two charges against her. However Sheriff Alison Stirling called for a warrant to be granted for her arrest when she did not appear in the dock. Andersone previously denied a charge of assault by spitting on a baby on Bridge Street on December 1. The Russian national also denied behaving in a racially aggravated manner towards a Scottish woman. Andersone, of 19 St Andrews Street, Peterhead, is due to go on trial next month.
