A 30-year old man today appeared on petition at Edinburgh Sheriff Court charged with the attempted murder of two Aberdeen brothers.
Ryan Ellis made a brief appearance in private before Sheriff Isabella McColl. No plea or declaration was made and the case was continued for further inquiry, with Ellis was remanded in custody.
His appearance in court follows the alleged attack on Peter and James Stewart, in Wardieburn Place West in Edinburgh’s Pilton area on April 8.
On Tuesday of last week, 16-year old Bradley Frail also appeared on petition in connection with the same alleged incident, also charged with attempted murder.
