An Aboyne nurse accused of a catalogue of failings will face a professional conduct hearing next week.
Anne Williams was employed as a health visitor by NHS Grampian between December 2000 and January 2014, when the alleged incidents took place.
She has now been called before a Nursing and Midwifery Council conduct and competence committee substantive hearing in Edinburgh between May 18 and 22.
She faces seven charges, including one of dishonesty.
It is alleged that between 2012 and 2013, Williams failed to complete or record that she had done a postnatal depression screening.
She also failed to complete or record that she had completed a routine inquiry of abuse.
In July 2013, it is alleged she failed to complete or record that she had done a routine 27-3o month review for a child.
The same month, it is alleged she failed to ensure a second immunisation that had been administered to a child had been recorded as such in the child’s health records.
Between July 1 and August 29, 2013, it is further alleged that she failed to complete or record that she had done a postnatal depression screening for Patient A.
And in August 2013, it is alleged she completed a 27-month review form but that such a review had not taken place.
The final charge states that completing this form was dishonest in that it attempted to conceal the fact that the 27-month review had not taken place.
