Nobody was injured during the incident, which occurred on the Deveron Bridge, on the B9025 Turriff to Aberchirder road. The road remained closed due to damage to the bridge following the crash, until 9.15pm. A police spokesman said they had called Aberdeenshire Council to access the damage. An ambulance spokesman confirmed: “We got a call for that but we didn’t attend.”
