A woman has denied driving dangerously on a north-east road.
Heidi Upton is alleged to have caused a crash on the B999 Pitmedden to Potterton road in Aberdeenshire on March 10.
According to court papers, the 24-year-old was driving her white Hyundai along the country road when she failed to notice another car slowing to turn right at a junction.
She is alleged to have overtaken queuing vehicles through the area of the junction before crashing into the car which was signalling to turn.
It is claimed that as a result of the crash both vehicles were damaged and Upton was injured.
A not guilty plea was entered on her behalf when the case called at Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday.
She will go on trial later this year.
