Fire crews called to fire in Aberdeenshire village

Fire crews are at the scene of a shed fire in Laurencekirk.

The fire and rescue service received reports of the blaze – in the Buchan Court, Wishard Drive area of the town – at around 4.50pm.

Two appliances from the local station and Stonehaven have been called to the scene, with 11 firefighters battling to put out the fire.
