The accident occurred on an unclassified road, between Kingswells and Cults, at around 7.15pm. Police, ambulance service and fire and rescue service were all called to the scene. Two fire appliances from North Anderson Drive and Central, with nine firefighters, helped make the site safe and have now left the area. Both police and ambulance service are still at the site. According to an ambulance service spokesman, a man is being treated for injuries but is not believed to be in a serious condition.
