Image: DC Thomson. A teenager has been taken to hospital following a disturbance on an Aberdeen street this afternoon. Police and ambulance were dispatched to the scene at around 4pm on Urquhart Road, close to the junction with Roslin Road. Officers have confirmed a 17-year-old male was taken to hospital with an arm injury. A 14-year-old girl was charged with allegedly possessing a knife. A police spokeswoman said: “Around 4.10pm on Tuesday, September 26, we were called to reports of a disturbance on Urquhart Road, Aberdeen. An ambulance was at the scene of the disturbance on Urquhart Road in Aberdeen city centre. Image: Ross Hempseed. DC Thomson. “Emergency services attended and a 17-year-old man was discovered with an arm injury. He was taken to hospital for treatment. “A 14-year-old girl has been charged with allegedly being in possession of a knife. “Inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing.”
