The owners of a store with links to legal highs which was closed by police earlier this month have opened a new shop in Aberdeen – next to a police station.
Harminasion in George Street was the first business of its kind in Scotland to be shut down after police slapped it with an antisocial behaviour closure order, granted by Aberdeen Sheriff Court.
But now it has emerged the owners have opened a new store on King Street, at the former Jurgita Hair and Beauty shop, which sells “research chemicals”.
A police spokesman said: “We’re aware of the new premises and are monitoring the situation.”
