The attack happened at the Campus, on Windmill Brae, between 1.20am and 1.25am in the early hours of this morning. The 24-year-old door steward did not suffer any serious injuries. Police have described his attacker as being in his thirties, about 5ft 10 and of a slight build. He was wearing a dark T-shirt, possibly with an Adidas logo and dark jeans. He also had a holdall and a red rucksack with him. Anyone with information about the assault should contact Police Scotland on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if you wish to remain anonymous.
