Heavy traffic on Aberdeen road following two car crash

An Aberdeen road has been partially blocked following a two car collision this morning.

Police, fire and ambulance teams were called to the Parkway at 11.15am after two cars crashed on close to the Buckie Farm Toby Carvery roundabout.

It is not currently known how many people were involved in the incident, but one driver is being treated at the scene for minor injuries.

Traffic is understood to be building up on the road, and vehicles currently are being stopped at the carvery roundabout.

A police spokesman said that no official diversions have been put in place.
