Police swoop on a flat on Aberdeen's Berryden Road
A man has been arrested following a major police operation in the Kittybrewster area of Aberdeen, in connection with an alleged assault that took place at the weekend.
Two vans, three 4x4s and two police cars as well as officers with full riot gear and sniffer dogs were at the scene, in the Back Hilton Road/Berryden Road area.
A 22-year-old man is now in custody after a raid on a flat nearby.
Two men, both in their 30s, were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary in the early hours of yesterday morning following an alleged assault in Grampian Road, Torry.
