A man has been taken to hospital following a two vehicle crash on the A92 Stonehaven to Montrose road.
The incident involved a white Chevrolet Aveo car and red Honda CBR motorcycle and took place near the junction with the A90 Aberdeen to Stonehaven road.
A police spokesman said:
“The driver of the car was uninjured but the driver of the motorcycle was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary by ambulance.
“He was conscious and breathing at the scene but may have collar bone damage.”
Emergency services were given the call at 2.40pm and left the scene at 4.10pm.
There were no road closures as a result.
