Police are appealing for witnesses to the attack which happened at Aquithie Road Park, Kemnay, around 8.45am on Friday. A spokesman said a 59-year-old man suffered facial injuries. The attacker is between 21 and 40, 5ft 9ins and heavily built, with short hair and a local accent. He is believed to own a black Labrador dog.
