Police targeted violent crime and disorder during an operation in Aberdeen at the weekend.
Officers wearing high-visibility clothing took to the streets of Torry, Seaton and other areas in the north of the city to carry out warrant inquiries and checks on people out on bail.
During the course of Friday evening two men, aged 21 and 23, were charged in relation to an assault in Seaton.
A 23-year-old was charged in relation to drug offences in Tillydrone.
Four youths in Torry were given a warning for anti-social behaviour.
Another two men, aged 21 and 36, face action for breaking their bail conditions.
PC Matthew McCall, who co-ordinated the operation, said: “We are committed to tackling persistent offenders and putting them through the courts to better protect people and communities who suffer from acts of aggression or anti-social behaviour.”
