Police investigating the serious assault of a man in Aberdeen in January have released a CCTV image to aid their investigation.
Aberdeen City Division of Police Scotland are investigating a serious assault on a 20 year old male on Sunday January 25, 2015.
The incident occurred shortly after 1.00am on Rosemount Viaduct, near to His Majesty’s Theatre.
Officers want to trace the man shown in the image to assist with their enquiries.
He is described as being approximately 6 foot tall, of slim build, with short dark hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a white t-shirt, a black jacket, beige trousers and white trainers.
Investigating Officer Emma Low said: “This was a serious incident resulting in a male sustaining a facial injury.
“Assaults of this nature can have a significant impact on the life of the victim, and I would appeal to anyone who recognises the male pictured or has any knowledge of this incident to come forward and contact the Police.”
