The incident, involving a silver Volkswagon Golf, happened about 5pm on Tuesday in the Ardluir Terrace and Balloch Way area. A woman, driving a red vehicle, that stopped in Balloch Way and spoke with a pensioner who reported the offence to police. Officers are keen to speak to her as they believe she may have information which could them with their inquiries.
