UPDATE: Fire crews leave Aberdeen Royal Infirmary

Fire crewman have left Aberdeen Royal Infirmary after being called there around an hour ago when the fire alarm was raised.

Three units attended the main building and carried out investigations, only to discover it has been a false alarm.

There were no evacuations carried out as a result.

A spokeswoman for NHS Grampian confirmed that it had been a false alarm.
