Police were made aware of the collision at around 7.35 pm tonight on the Ellon Road near the Esso garage just outside the city. Officers are heading towards the scene where an ambulance is already. It is thought the cyclist’s injuries are non life-threatening. A police spokeswoman said: “A cyclist has been knocked down by a vehicle on Ellon Road. “He is a 25 year old man. It looks like his injuries aren’t serious.”
