Police have appealed for witnesses who may have information about Friday’s fatal crash on the A90.
Barry McRae was killed after he was hit by a car on the A90 near Stracathro on August 21.
He was reportedly naked at the time of the incident.
Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen a black coloured Audi car travelling southbound on the A90 in the early hours of Friday morning.
It is understood the AUdi A3 travelled from Stonehaven on the A90 before stopping at a lay-by just north of the Brechin junction, near Stracathro, where the Mr McRae was hit by another car.
Anyone who was travelling in the area between 1.30am and 2.30am on Friday who may have seen anything is asked to contact police to help with the investigation.
