Motorists are facing even more delays this evening in Aberdeenshire following a motorcycle crash on the A96.
Police and ambulance teams were called out to the scene of the crash close to the Broomhill roundabout in Kintore at around 5.50pm.
Although the motorbiker came off his bike in the incident, police have said that he is not believed to have been seriously injured.
Nobody else was hurt in the crash.
No parts of the busy thoroughfare have been completely closed off as a result of the incident, however motorists are expected to face heavy delays passing through the area.
A diesel spillage is also understood to have taken place on the road in relation to the accident.
