Traffic lights that failed in Aberdeen city centre are now working as normal. Signals at the junction of Market Street and Guild Street went out at around 11.30am yesterday. Police officers were drafted in to direct the traffic until a temporary set were put in place around 4.30pm. The council has confirmed the lights are now working as normal. There is no word yet on the state of the faulty lights on Westburn road.
