One person has been injured in a two-vehicle crash on a north-east road.
Police were called to the scene on the A98 Fraserburgh to Banff road shortly after 4.10pm when two cars were involved in a smash near a B-road junction.
Officers are currently at the scene.
“It’s at a crossroads three miles from Fraserburgh,” a police spokeswoman said.
“It’s blocked the junction of the B9032 junction to Rosehearty. One person is potentially injured, but not seriously.”
A spokesman for the ambulance service added that one vehicle attended and is currently taking a patient to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
