Susan Kierel, of Aberdeen, is claimed to have committed an offence of public indecency on a street in Aberdeen. The 35-year-old is claimed to have carried out the crime at Union Plaza on Union Wynd. The offence is said to have happened on July 25 this year. The case called in the city sheriff court today and was continued without plea. It will call again in the same court later this year.
