The blaze, at Parkhill Farm in Longside, has taken hold in a grain drier. Three appliances, from Peterhead and Maud, were called to the farm at 9.15pm. A fire service spokesman was unable to confirm whether the blaze had been caused by the machine, or the grain contained within. There are no injuries as a result of the fire.
