Boards at Aberdeen Airport show the lengthy list list of cancellations
This evening’s foggy conditions have caused chaos at Aberdeen Airport with no planes expected to leave or arrive in the city for the rest of the night.
Throughout today a number of planes travelling to and from the city have been delayed, re-routed and cancelled due to the fog and it has now been confirmed that the conditions have all but closed down the airport.
A spokesman for Aberdeen Airport said: “It’s looking like anything landing or taking off from here from now on in is going to be cancelled.”
