A video game convention will take place in Aberdeen for the first time, next summer.
The Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre will host the 4TheGamers (4TG) GameCon in August.
Gaming fans will gather to celebrate virtual fun from the platforms early days and to share in the anticipation of hotly anticipated future releases.
Attendees can enjoy 24 hours of gaming, with 12 hours playtime on each day of the two days which the expo takes place on .
The Saturday, August 6 and Sunday, August 7 4TG GameCon will hope to replicate the success of Granite City Comic Con earlier this year, which was attended by more than 4,000 people and is already booked a larger venue and more time for their 2016 event.
