Aberdeenshire high street dry cleaners shop vandalised

Police are searching for vandals who smashed through the glass frontage of an Aberdeenshire dry cleaners.

The glass front door of Ellon’s Fresh N’ Clean, on the town’s Bridge Street, was badly damaged during the attack, which happened between 5pm on Friday, October 23 and 8.50am on Saturday, October 24.

Police have not yet put an estimate on how much the damage will cost to repair.

A spokeswoman for the force added: “Police are appealing for anyone who may have been in the Bridge Street area around these times and saw anyone acting in a suspicious manner to come forward.

“Anyone with information relating to this theft is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if you wish to remain anonymous.”
