Police are on the scene directing traffic after a pick up truck and a hatchback smashed into one another at the Netherly junction. The A90 in Muchalls is partially blocked and there is slow traffic southbound. Divers are slowing down to look at the accident which is causing further delays. The cars involved in the rush hour crash were a blue Nissan Navara pick up and a black Ford focus. There are not thought to have been any serious injuries but police are warning of congestion.
