At least two children are believed to be receiving treatment following a three vehicle crash on a north-east road this evening.
Police and ambulance teams were called to the scene of the incident on the A96 Aberdeen to Inverness road close to the roundabout at Morrrisons supermarket and Blackhall Road, just before 5pm.
The injuries are not believed to be serious, however, motorists are facing serious delays as a result of the crash.
Emergency services are still currently at the scene, and one vehicle is leaking fuel.
Police have established a contraflow system to deal with traffic, and as a result commuters have been told to expect heavy delays.
