Rain is set to continue moving northeast across Scotland this morning, (Tuesday) falling initially as snow which will accumulate in places. Snow accumulations at low-levels will vary across the warning area, though up to 2cm are possible, with 5cm above 200m and 10cm or more above 500m. Snow will turn to rain again as much milder conditions follow from the southwest by the afternoon. Motorists are urged to be aware that there could be disruption to travel. The warning area has been updated to remove northeast England and southern Scotland where snow and ice is no longer expected to be disruptive. Traffic Scotland have warned that across Aberdeenshire and Moray the following should be considered by motorists.
