Police were called to Springhill Road at the junction with Brodinch Road at around 10am following a report a man was hit by a car. The car then allegedly left the scene after mounting the pavement. The man is not believed to have serious injuries. A police spokesman said: “We received a report that a member of the public was struck by a vehicle. “There are no serious injuries.”
