The plans, submitted by West Coast Estates, would mean the pub would be reopened as a Co-operative Food Store. The South College Street site has lain shut for nine months. The development, if approved, is expected to create 10 jobs during the redevelopment phase, with 14 new jobs once the shop is opened.
