The collision happened on the A944 Aberdeen to Strathdon road, at Tillyfoddie. A police spokesman confirmed the car involved was a grey Seat Leon. Police, fire crews and the ambulance service are currently at the scene. There are two appliances – from Kintore and North Anderson Drive – with 10 firefighters at the scene. According to a fire service spokeswoman, two people had to be freed using cutting gear. The spokeswoman was unable to confirm whether they were both cut from the same vehicle.
