Police and fire crews are still on the scene of a crash in Aberdeen which seriously injured one man.
A VW Caddy van crashed on Burnside Walk, Dyce, near the River Don shortly after 9.35am.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said injuries “could be serious” but not life threatening.
She added: “He has been taken to ARI with serious but not life threatening injuries.”
A Scottish Fire and Rescue spokeswoman said two appliances one from Dyce and one from North Anderson Drive have been called to the scene with 11 firefighters assisting in the operation.
The crews used winches to rescue the casualty.
It is understood the car crashed into a ditch and is not blocking the road.
