Nicholas Lambert is alleged to have driven dangerously on August 9 this year by hitting speeds of 127mph on the A96 Aberdeen to Elgin road. It is claimed the 23-year-old was behind the wheel of a yellow Ford Focus ST-3 when he was caught near Gauchhill, Kintore. Lambert, of 23 Norman Gray Park, Blackburn, Aberdeen, will go on trial next year.
