A teenager has appeared in court accused of stealing seven bullets from a north-east store.
Lewis Williams is alleged to have taken the ammunition between June 1, 2012 and October 15, 2014 from Sloans in Inverurie.
The 18-year-old is also accused of acting in a threatening and abusive manner on one occasion between June 1 and June 14 this year by shouting and swearing and uttering threats of violence.
It is also alleged that Williams, of 14 Fortingdale, Rothienorman, was in possession of seven bullets on June 11 this year at an address in Inverurie.
Williams denied all the charges against him and will go on trial next year.
