Police are appealing for information after a teenage boy was allegedly assaulted and robbed of his bicycle by a gang of youths on an Aberdeen street.
The incident took place on Tuesday, December 22 at around 6.30pm and after the assault the boy’s dark Blue Cannondale mountain bike was stolen.
The unknown number of young men are described as between 15-20 years of age, slim build, wearing dark clothing and one was carrying a light blue rucksack.
The teenage boy was left shaken but uninjured. The bike is very distinctive, with bold white writing on the frame.
A police spokesman said: “If anyone has any information on the incident they are urged to contact Police on 101 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
