VIDEO: River Dee bursts its banks in Aberdeen… But it’s got nothing on poor Ballater

Aberdeen has escaped the worst of the Storm Frank flooding but the River Dee did burst its banks in the Granite City.

Footage has shown the river rising far above normal levels engulfing trees and buildings under water.

Spare a thought for the people living further inland along the River Dee though… With Ballater one of the worst hit by flooding.
